Any property search needs to start with identifying a realistic budget, and focusing in on a specific area. We’d would be glad to refer you to any of the real estate agents that are listed on our site. They are experienced in the real estate search, with an unmatched local knowledge!
How much web traffic do you get?
We receive 20,000 unique visits every month.
Can I change my ad?
Yes. Login to your user dashboard or contact us by email, and let us know what changes you need.
Can I call or snail mail you?
Email is the quickest way to reach us.
How do I pay for my ad?
When you submit a property ad, you may set up monthly billing on your credit or debit card. All our payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I pay monthly by check/money order/cash?
Yes, but we only accept checks and cash for prepayments of six months or more.
Why hasn’t my check cleared?
We have all of our mail forwarded, so please expect a delay of three to fours weeks for it to clear. Contact us if you have any concerns.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, by logging into your account dashboard or simply by emailing us at email@example.com.
How much is my home worth?
We cannot address the local market you are selling in. You should consult a real estate professional in your area.
Can you list my home?
We provide advertising services only. All properties featured on SurvivalRealty are either for sale through a real estate agent or as for sale by owner listings. SurvivalRealty is not a real estate brokerage, and we are not real estate agents.

Do you charge a commission, or will you take a commission on sale?
We only charge a standard monthly fee, and receive no commissions or finders fess.
